4th Annual Scavenger Hunt / Pub Crawl – Saturday, Sep 29!
Tickets go on sale at 10am August 8 for our 4th annual scavenger hunt pub crawl, raising money to bring a happier holiday season to families of sick children. Each year the money raised by participants provides gifts of toys and games for all of the children whose families have to stay at Ronald McDonald House of Kansas City during the holiday season while getting hospital care for a young family member. We often raise enough to also provide basic necessities as well as clothing, sporting goods, and additional gifts not only for Ronald McDonald House but also local foster children and homeless teens.
Join us on Saturday, September 29 for our 4th annual pub crawl. Form teams of 4-6 (or sign up as an individual and we’ll find you a team) and walk to any downtown Kansas City bars you choose, earning points by finding scavenger hunt items and completing challenges along the way! Those who have participated in the past will be delighted to know that we have developed our own web app for this year’s event, so no more Instagram hassle!

This year’s “game board” covers about 7 square miles, spanning from 31st Street to the Missouri River, and from State Line to Woodland Avenue. More than 160 bars are available for you to choose from, and you can visit any you wish, and as many or as few as you like. The only catch is that you have to get to them, as well as back to Zoo Bar by 8:00, only by walking or riding the streetcar.
Start saving your pop tabs now and bring them with you! Tickets start at just $15 and are now on sale.
